Why do so many Americans have difficulty getting a good night sleep? Here are some of the reasons known to impede quality sleep:

Over Cafinated…..snacks, coffee, soda, energy drinks, etc.
Over Medicated…..Prescription Medications, etc.
Over Wired…..Internet use, social media, TV, etc.
Over Stressed…..Job, money, relationships, schedules, etc.
Over Worked…..Long hours, long shifts, bringing work home, etc.
Over Weight…..Not having time to eat healthy, no exercise, eating because of stress, etc.
