Our nutrition team will help you make significant improvements in food choices, portion control and food preparation. Our registered dietitians and nutrition counselors will help you choose wisely from six food groups: dairy, protein, grains/starches, fruits, vegetables and fat. Some of our nutrition plans will have emphasis on increased protein, reduced starchy carbohydrates and the elimination of added fats. 

The New Horizon staff will work with you each week to optimize your meal planning. The staff will also provide you with the support and encouragement necessary to be successful. A great emphasis is placed on education and understanding about the relationship between food and your long term health.
