Traditional Italian food, with a healthy twist!
This week’s recipe of the week, bruschetta chicken, has an Italian influence! Traditionally, bruschetta is Italian toast, and can be topped with whatever you would like to put on it, but one of the most popular and well known varieties of bruschetta comes covered in tomato and onion, like the mixture that our recipe features!
To help this popular dish fit into our nutrition plans, we substituted the bread with a little bit of chicken, and the result is both healthy and delicious, so enjoy!
