Recipe of the Week #1: Cauliflower Fried Rice

As part of our website/social media revitilization project, we have decided to start featuring a New Horizon nutritionist approved recipe each week, both here on our blog, and on our social media!  Our first recipe is Cauliflower Fried Rice, a healthy spin on a delicious, classic food!  This recipe falls into stage 1 of our High Protein, Low Carb food plan.
